The Bear Head (26 April 2026) is a photograph of KillersForLunch in a patterned interior, wearing a cartoon bear head of considerable size over an otherwise ordinary outfit of white shirt, red bow, and plaid skirt. One arm is raised in what reads as a greeting.
Description
The head is brown, round-eared, pink-cheeked, and several times larger than the body strictly requires. The bear's expression is neutral in the way of masks: whatever the artist's face was doing underneath is not recoverable.
The bear line
This is the earliest documented instance of the artist's recurring commitment to bears, a thread that resurfaces three months later in the knitted hat of The Bear Hat Attack.
